Right-to-Know Law record requests may be submitted using any of the following delivery methods:

In person:
TBD, on any business day during regular business hours. 

By regular mail:
Send to the attention of the Open Records Officer of the Northampton County Tax Collection Committee, c/o Chris DeFrain, Chris DeFrain Consulting, LLC, PO Box 442, Emmaus, PA 18049.

By e-mail:

Send to the attention of Open Records Officer at chris@chrisdefrainconsulting.com. An e-mail will not be considered submitted until a complete, accessible, and legible copy of the email is received by the Open Records Officer.
